Deck pads cut to fit Sportsman boats. Each piece is cut from the pattern we made for that boat. Pick your boat, then the piece by its number on the deck drawing, choose your colors, and we cut it to order in our Prospect, CT shop.

PE/EVA marine foam that’s soft underfoot and keeps its grip when it’s soaked. Genuine 3M marine-grade adhesive backing for a permanent install.

How it works
Nothing gets cut until you say so.
Every piece is cut to order, so we check it with you first.
You pick it
Your Sportsman model, the piece, your colors and a pattern, drawn exactly as we cut it.
We draw it
We send you a drawing of your piece to check against your boat.
You approve it
Change anything you want. Nothing goes to the machine until you sign off.
We cut it
CNC-cut in Prospect, then shipped to you.
Your Order, Protected
- Two weeks to sign off. Your drawing lands in your inbox. Approve it or ask for changes. No reply in two weeks? We cancel and refund you in full.
- Cancel before your drawing goes out: full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancel after the drawing, before we cut: full refund, less a $30 design fee for the drafting work.
- Once it hits the machine, it's yours. Your pad is cut for your boat and no one else's, so custom orders are final sale once cutting starts.
- Your logo, sitting right. We center and scale it to fit the pad clean, unless you tell us otherwise. Files up to 10MB.

Will it fit my boat?
Every piece is cut from a pattern we made on that Sportsman model. Boats change a little from year to year, so check the dimension drawing on your boat before you order — or order a plastic template first. Half of what you pay for the template comes off your pad order.
My boat or piece isn't listed. Can you make it?
Yes. Call the shop at 203-580-8080 or send us your measurements and we'll cut it to fit.
How fast does it ship?
We send you a drawing to approve first. Once you approve it, most orders ship within 5 business days from our shop in Prospect, CT. We ship to US addresses.
Can I add my logo?
On helm pads, yes: add a logo placement box in the studio, set it where you want it and send us your artwork. It goes on the drawing you approve before we cut.
