The pad
Engineered foam, cut to your cooler.
Every pad is cut to order for one cooler's lid, to that lid's own outline. Nothing is pulled off a shelf and trimmed to fit.

We turn your design into a shop drawing and email it to you for approval.

Change anything you want. Nothing goes to the machine until you sign off.
We cut it
CNC-cut in Prospect, then shipped to you.
The terms, plainly
- You have two weeks to approve or request changes to your drawing. No response after that and the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Cancel before we send your drawing — full refund, no questions.
- Cancel after the drawing but before cutting — full refund less a $30 design fee for the drafting time.
- Once cutting begins the pad exists and is yours alone, so custom orders are final sale from that point.
- Logos are centred and scaled to sit well unless you tell us otherwise. Max upload 10MB.
