The pad
Engineered foam, cut to your boat.
Every pad is made to order for a specific helm station, dash or console. Nothing is pulled off a shelf and trimmed to fit.

Small pads
Pads that come to $90 or more are our standard helm pads. A smaller pad is priced for its size, from $35 — the studio shows that price as you build and puts it straight in your cart.
Same foam, same CNC cut, same 3M backing. The only difference is size.

Color
Two-tone, top over base. 16mm comes in three combinations; 6mm opens up 21, including Navy, Royal Blue, Seafoam, Ice Blue, Cream, Brown, Khaki, Snow Camo and Army Camo.

We draw it
We turn your design into a shop drawing and email it to you for approval.

Change anything you want. Nothing goes to the machine until you sign off.
We cut it
CNC-cut in Prospect, then shipped. Written instructions and install videos included.
The terms, plainly
- You have two weeks to approve or request changes to your drawing. No response after that and the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Cancel before we send your drawing — full refund, no questions.
- Cancel after the drawing but before cutting — full refund less a $30 design fee for the drafting time.
- Once cutting begins the pad exists and is yours alone, so custom orders are final sale from that point.
- Logos are centred and scaled to sit well unless you tell us otherwise. Max upload 10MB.
