Every pad is made to order for a specific helm station, dash or console. Nothing is pulled off a shelf and trimmed to fit.

Same foam, same CNC cut, same 3M backing. The only difference is size — and the designer checks as you build, so if you cross the line it will offer to move you and carry your dimensions over.

Custom work goes wrong when someone guesses. So we don't.

You design it

In the Design Studio. Your dimensions, your layout, your logo.

We draw it

We turn your design into a shop drawing and email it to you for approval.

You approve it

Change anything you want. Nothing goes to the machine until you sign off.

We cut it

CNC-cut in Prospect, then shipped. Written instructions and install videos included.

The terms, plainly

You have two weeks to approve or request changes to your drawing. No response after that and the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Cancel before we send your drawing — full refund, no questions.
Cancel after the drawing but before cutting — full refund less a $30 design fee for the drafting time.
Once cutting begins the pad exists and is yours alone, so custom orders are final sale from that point.
Logos are centred and scaled to sit well unless you tell us otherwise. Max upload 10MB.

When ordering the rubber backing option, keep in mind it does not stick to the boat — the pad just lays in place, so you can pick it up or move it whenever you want.

Color Light Gray / Black

First color is the surface, second shows through the grooves. These are the combos we stock in your thickness — what you pick is what we cut.

Pattern Plain

Plain, Perimeter Line, and Teak Lines come standard. Any other design adds $5 — you’ll see it on the design and again in your build specs.

Logo placement box

Set the box where you want your logo, then upload your artwork. Where it sits on the preview is where we put it on the pad.

Rubber backing

The pad just lays in place so you can pick it up or move it whenever you want. This will not stick to the boat when choosing this option.

Pockets none

Building a dash pad? Drop in a pocket for phones, keys, or sunglasses. Round or square, type in the size and where it goes or just drag it on the pad. Add as many as you need. Want an L or T shape? Overlap two pockets, tick Merge on each, then hit Merge selected — they become one.

Cut-Outs none

Working around a hatch, gauge, or compass? Type in the size and where it sits and it drops onto the pad to scale, or grab it and drag. Want the piece we cut out? Switch it to Keep as cover and it ships with your pad — even at a different size, like an 8″ hole with a 6″ cover.

Fish Ruler Off

Engrave a fish ruler

The same ruler we engrave on our coaming bolsters, measured true to scale from zero. It fits itself to your pad in 4″ steps, stays at least 2.5″ off the edges, and centers near the bottom. +$10.
