CUSTOM Aquagrip Boat Helm Pads
AquaGrip Custom Helm Pads are made to order for helm stations, dashboards, and consoles that require a clean, precise fit. Each pad is CNC-cut in-house from 16mm cross-linked PE/EVA blend marine foam, delivering reliable traction, cushioning, and long-term durability in marine environments.
Pads are fully customizable by size, color, routing style, and logo design. All helm pads include genuine 3M marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, with an optional removable rubber-backed configuration available for flexible or temporary installations.
For complex helm layouts or tight tolerances, AquaScan™ is recommended to ensure the most accurate fit.

How to Order
- Select your desired pad option (logo, rubber backing, or both)
- Enter your custom dimensions
- Choose a base color: Light Gray, Dark Gray, or Teak
- Select a routing style: Perimeter Line or Teak Lines
- Upload logo or artwork if applicable (10MB max; larger files may be emailed to Info@AquagripCT.com)
All custom orders are reviewed prior to production.
Custom Order Shipping & Approval
- Shipping is not included at checkout for custom products
- Shipping is calculated after purchase to provide the most accurate and lowest rate (no flat fees)
- A separate shipping invoice will be sent via email
- Design approval is required before production
- Customers are given up to two (2) weeks to respond with approval or revisions
- Orders with no response after two weeks will be canceled and refunded
- Production begins only after final approval and shipping payment are received
