The pad

Engineered foam, cut to your console.

Every dash pad is made to order for one console, dash or storage lid. Nothing is pulled off a shelf and trimmed to fit.

Foam
12mm or 20mm cross-linked PE/EVA blend, closed cell. The pockets are routed down into the foam, so the second color shows in the pocket floor.

Pockets
One long pocket, or split it into as many as five with dividers. Every pocket drains at both ends, so water never sits in it.

Two-tone, top over pocket floor. 20mm comes in three combinations; 12mm in eight, including Navy, Royal Blue, Seafoam and Ice Blue floors.

Cut-outs
Round cut-outs for cup holders, gauges and speakers. Type in the size and where it sits, or drag it into place on the preview.
Logo
Your logo, lasered into the pocket floor. You place the box and upload the artwork. Not on a White pocket floor: white foam can't be lasered.
Backing
Genuine 3M marine-grade adhesive with a reinforced dual-layer bond — standard on every dash pad, not an upcharge.

We draw it

We turn your design into a shop drawing and email it to you for approval.

You approve it

Change anything you want. Nothing goes to the machine until you sign off.

We cut it

CNC-cut in Prospect, then shipped. Written instructions and install videos included.

The terms, plainly

You have two weeks to approve or request changes to your drawing. No response after that and the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Cancel before we send your drawing — full refund, no questions.
Cancel after the drawing but before cutting — full refund less a $30 design fee for the drafting time.
Once cutting begins the pad exists and is yours alone, so custom orders are final sale from that point.
Your logo is lasered where you place the box on the preview.

Exact size, foam, colors, pockets, cut-outs and your logo — placed by you and shown on the pad, with its price, before anything is cut.

We send a drawing for your approval before anything is cut.

A dash pad comes in 12mm or 20mm — the pockets are cut down into the foam, so 6mm is too thin to take one, and 16mm is the same colors as 20mm, only softer.

Set the box where you want your logo, then upload your artwork. We laser it into the floor of the pocket — where it sits on the preview is where we put it.
