All stock products purchased from AquagripCT are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided the item has not been installed, used, or damaged and is returned in its original condition.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned stock items
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom items—including custom EVA decking, AquaScan™-based layouts, personalized pads, mats, and made-to-order products—are not eligible for return or exchange due to their customized nature.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a custom item, please contact our team. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that best meets your needs and ensures the best possible outcome for your project.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation promptly and take appropriate action.
