Built from closed-cell PE/EVA marine foam and backed with genuine 3M™ pressure-sensitive adhesive, it mounts in seconds to a cooler, console, rigging station, gunwale, skiff, or kayak — holding hooks securely without leaving residue. Waterproof, stain-resistant, and CNC precision-cut in the USA.
