Each pad is crafted from cross-linked PE/EVA marine foam, offering excellent UV resistance, stain protection, and long-term performance on the water. All AquaGrip cooler pads are cut in-house using precision CNC and laser machinery to ensure consistent fitment and a professional finish. Our foam is heat-welded—never glued—for superior strength and longevity.
Every pad is backed with genuine 3M marine-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive for a fast, secure peel-and-stick installation that holds up season after season.
Custom colors, logos, boat names, and personalized layouts are available. Upload your artwork or contact us if you’re looking for a fully custom design.
All cooler orders with logos are drawn, and a proof is sent for review prior to production.
All Logos will be centered and scaled to look aesthetically pleasing unless otherwise noted.
All rulers will be centered and as large as possible to fit on the full cooler top unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy
All custom orders include a design and proofing phase before we cut foam. This covers laying out your design, generating a digital proof for your approval, and any revisions you request.

Cancel before we send a proof — full refund, no fee

Cancel after proof is sent but before production starts — a $30 non-refundable design fee is deducted from your refund to cover the design time already invested

Cancel after production starts — custom orders are non-refundable once we've begun cutting foam, since the material cannot be reused
We work hard to make sure every proof is right before you approve, and revisions during the proofing stage are free. If you have any questions about your order or want to discuss changes, just reach out — we'd much rather work with you to get it right than process a cancellation.
