When the weather breaks in spring, everybody wants their boat ready for the first weekend, all at once. Order this fall and your foam is cut, shipped and on the boat before anyone else has thought about it.
Why the off-season is the right season
The boat is dry and everything is in reach. Foam goes down best on a clean, completely dry surface (here's why that matters). A boat on stands gives you that on your schedule, not the tide's.
Nobody's in a hurry. There's no fishing trip Saturday to rush for. You can prep properly, give the adhesive its full cure, and do it right the first time.
You launch finished. Your first trip of the year starts on a new deck, not a to-do list.
What to upgrade this winter
Full decking. The biggest visual change you can make to a boat. Custom-cut PE/EVA foam across the cockpit, bow and swim platform, with your boat's name or logo engraved right in.
Helm pad. If you stand at the wheel all day, this is the upgrade you'll feel first. A custom helm pad cut to your console floor takes the beating off your knees and back on long days.
Coaming bolsters. Padding along the gunwale, right where your legs take the hits when you're fighting a fish. Build yours here.

How it works while the boat is in the yard
- Tell us the plan. Deck, helm, bolsters or all three. Send photos plus your boat's make and model.
- Template it. For full decks and tricky helm stations, our AquaScan digital templating system takes out the guesswork. Lay the AquaScan targets across your deck, shoot overlapping photos following the step-by-step guide, and email them in. We build a digital layout from your photos, you approve it, and we cut to it. No guessing with a tape measure, no trimming on site.
- We cut it in Prospect, CT. Every piece is CNC-cut in our shop from marine-grade PE/EVA foam, backed with genuine 3M marine adhesive.
- Install on your schedule. Put it down on a day that's 70°F or warmer (a heated garage counts), or the week before launch. Below about 50°F the adhesive gets too stiff to grab, so don't force it on a cold day. Our install guide walks you through every step.
